Whole grain for a healthy mane (of hair)

Yet another reason to go for whole grains instead of processed, refined grains: they’re good for luscious locks of hair. That’s right, the iron in whole grains, egg yolks, dried beans, spinach, and lean red meat is great for your tresses, too. Bonus tip: if you suffer from kidney stones, spinach contains properties that may accelerate their growth.
