You knew different foods could boost your health. Did you know they can boost your mood too? Mussels, eggs, blue potatoes, Greek yogurt, Swiss chard, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, dark chocolate, and honey are great foods to have as a regular part of your diet. These foods are all rich in zinc, iodine, magnesium, tryptophan, lycopene, calcium, and/or selenium to help balance mood, and B12 to protect the brain. Honey is also a powerful tool for reducing inflammation.
