Pork “Puttanesca”

This is one of our favorite recipes to make at home. It’s based on an Italian dish called Puttanesca, and is quick, delicious, and packed with health benefits. It promotes digestive and cardiovascular health, and is rich in iron, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, folate, antioxidants, thiamine, improve immune function, and help with weight management.
