Eat the Rainbow

Feeling overwhelmed by all of the healthy food advice out there? If you can’t remember all the specifics, try to remember this: Eat the Rainbow. Have a variety of colors at every meal. For instance, carotenoids, a type of antioxidant, are concentrated in the brightly colored skins of tomatoes and bell peppers. Dark, leafy greens are rich in other forms of antioxidants, as well. It’s visually appealing, and will provide you with a variety of body benefits.
