The mighty little chickpea

Chickpeas, also known as garbanzo beans, support digestive health, cellular health, cardiovascular health, and are more satiating than any other snacks out there. Chickpeas are key ingredients in falafel, hummus, and many other recipes, and still offer great health benefits in those forms, but as a general rule, the closer foods are to their natural state, the more benefit they offer.
